Agreement
By using chartize.app("Chartize"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
The service
Chartize lets you build charts of stock prices, financial statements, fund holdings and related data, and export them as images. Charts are generated from third-party data sources and are provided as-is.
Not financial advice
Chartize is a visualization tool, not a source of investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Prices and figures may be delayed or contain errors introduced by upstream providers. Don't make investment decisions based solely on a Chartize export, and verify anything material against the original source.
Your account
You sign in with Google, or with a single-use link we email you. There is no password. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping the email address and any Google account you sign in with secure — anyone who opens a sign-in link sent to your address can sign in as you. We may suspend or terminate an account that abuses the service, including by circumventing fair-use limits on rendering or exporting charts.
Exported charts
You may use the charts you export for your own purposes, including sharing them publicly. The underlying market data, financial statements and fund-holdings data remain the property of their respective providers (Wisesheets, SEC EDGAR filings) and are subject to those providers' own terms where applicable.
Acceptable use
Don't use Chartize to scrape, resell or redistribute the underlying data at scale, to attempt to bypass rate limits or export quotas, or to misrepresent a chart's data as something other than what it shows.
No warranty
Chartize is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data it charts is accurate or current.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Chartize isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on a chart it produced.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continuing to use Chartize after an update means you accept the revised terms.
